Morning warm for Summer Trophy at Lennox
Taking advantage on an early round, John Boyle posted a season best net 65 which gives him a slender two-shot lead from Callum McCann on 67 making for a tight finish in the two round fixture.
It was deja vu on the weather for the June Medal on Saturday, June 7 and an early round by Richard Napier produced the best net score of the day and claimed his first second class medal with a net 69.

Hide AdGordon Eatherington took the first class net with 70 and Alan J. Brown claimed the scratch medal with a hard fought 72.
In third class it was first time in the frame for Ken Gregor when his net 73 won him the medal and sweep.

Hide AdThe sun shone and the gents contested the Neil Foster Memorial Trophy. On a beautiful day the winner was Donald McLeod with a 68.
The gents continued their progress in the Thomson McCrone League, drawing against Hayston at home.
In the ladies’ section Laura McKinlay was the winner of the Clic Sargeant medal with the entry fees being donated to the charity. The medal winners were: Division one, Evelyn Doak; Division three, Ellen Byers.
In the first round of the Boozy Bunch Trophy the medal winners were: Division one, Marie Provan; division two, Edna Campbell; division three, Evaline Dunsmore.
