PARTICK THISTLE took a first-half lead when Bryan Hodge scored in the 29th minute.
Jags increased their advantage in this Co-operative Insurance Cup first round tie when Liam Buchanan scored in the 49th minute.

Chris Erskine added a third goal in the 53rd minute.

Ian Little pulled one back for Berwick but Jags ran out easy winners with Erskine and Buchanan (penalty) completing their doubles.
